The counter girls don’t have a manners to how to deal with customers. Ask them to learn customer service skills. Then they should stand on counter.Food: 5/5

I recently had dinner with my family at this restaurant and I have to say, it was a terrible experience. The rice was undercooked and the sauce was all over my falafels, making it difficult to mix it with the rice for flavor. Additionally, I was surprised to see that the falafels were smashed after they were cooked.

Caution should be taken when dining at this restaurant. Cases of food poisoning are frequent due to their cooking methods. Raw and cooked meats are stored next to each other, which is concerning. This practice seems to occur only at night, so standards may differ during the day. It is recommended to be cautious when dining here.

The falafel wraps at this restaurant are great and closely resemble authentic Middle Eastern falafels. The dining atmosphere is average, so I usually opt for take-out. As of March 2023, prices have increased to $30 for 3 Veg Wraps. Unfortunately, the quality has declined as we experienced food poisoning after getting Veg Falafel wraps to-go. Despite our complaint, we were informed that we were not the first to raise this issue. Although the staff may not be responsible, I felt it important to warn others about our experience.
