Hero Certified Burgers - Mississauga

The owners of this restaurant are very disrespectful. I ordered the family meal deal and had money taken from my credit card. However, when my husband went to pick up the food, the owner argued that fries were not included in the order, even though the money was still deducted. It was a waste of time. The burgers are always dry when I purchase from here. Additionally, the owners are stingy with napkins and ketchup.

Incredibly slow service. Why does it take 20 minutes to order two burgers and fries? The kitchen seems to be moving at a snail's pace. The food is decent, but the wait time is unacceptable. They had a sign advertising weekly student specials, but I doubt many people take advantage of them due to the long wait.

This restaurant does not accept Visa, so I was unable to eat here. The service was not very friendly and the restaurant was not very busy. I also noticed that the cook did not wash their hands after touching raw meat before handling the buns.

We're here for lunch. The food tasted rotten and the price was ridiculous. Everything costs extra! We ordered and went to sit as soon as the food was made, they called our order. We were the only customers. All the 40 minutes we were... no other customers came. It stinks of fat and could use a good cleaning. Will not be back and not recommend. Even my teenage son wouldn't end the burger. Very disappointing.
