Apple Wood Fish Chips - Mississauga

Excellent fish and chips. I've been getting out of here for years. consistent quality and quantity. Go home.

We wanted to try this place for a while, and today was our lucky day! The Halibut is so good and with this price you can really not ask for more. Stephanie is also a gracious and can I say glamorous hosts, you have to eat... here!

I'm looking for a long time to find good fish chips in Mississauga. They tried several places, but they were nothing special. Then one day went to the local Domino Pizza to buy a piece. I saw Applewood Fish chips there. decided to give it a try... Wow! My place to go every time I'm in the mood for fish chips.

We went out for lunch because I was craving for fish and chips. Service was fantastic. It seems as if the place has tons of regulars. As for the food, it was good. We ordered the family pack. The fish was awesome, probably one of...the best in town. The coleslaw, oh man. It was phenomenal. The gravy was good with the chips. The lady forgot the smelt that we ordered and she was apologetic. She gave us a larger serving on the house, plus a free small coleslaw. It was much appreciated.

We have visited this restaurant many times, and we've always received great food. The fish is great (and the fresh cut fries and a good tasting addition). The food is good value, and we will continue to support this local business
