I love eating was great even helped me figure out the Water Castle app and gave me 10$ free of food

Awful waiting times for Curbside already 2 visits within the last week, where I have to wait 25 minutes for my order. Food is cold and soggy when I get it, and the staff seems upset, I'm asking you to make it back. A very good administration w/ even worse employees took over this location.

Our meals were freshly made and prompt. Employee was friendly and attentive.

Great food ? just the French fries ? are always cold but if the DM or the manager is their then all the food is nice and hot ?

Consistently the worst Whataburger I 've been to. They ALWAYS disappoint. I ordered a shake and food on the app curbside, waited 30 minutes and when they started delivering to people who arrived after me I asked them where my food was at. She replied oh your order had the shake? We ran out. UMMM when were you going to tell me? Let me wait out there forever? A guy on curbside beside me also had to get down to get his food. And thats because this place seemed overstaffed. My food was cold and apparently this also happened to my dad earlier in the month. All in all, took an hour to get my meal for fast food . Trash place, AVOID AT ALL COST. Theres a Whataburger further down Conway and 3 mile, go to that one instead or the one on business 83/9th street. The extra 3 min drive time is worth it.
