Starbucks - Mission Viejo

Absolutely amazing service couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I went on December 31, 2023 at 10 AM, and the wonderful woman with the blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met in customer service, and she deserves a raise. I was in such a rush that I didn’t get her name. That’s why I included the date and the time because she was absolutely wonderful and I was very satisfied when I left.

Picked up a 96 ounce carafe for a gathering. Prephoned an hour early, so the staff would know we were coming. The Coffee (blonde) came with cups, stirrers, cream, and sugar. Great price for $20.

Does ANYONE Pickup the phone for Customer service at Starbucks????? Called several times and kept getting hang up on!!!!! It doesn't hurt to pick up the phone and place me on a brief hold!!!!! You guys don't even deserve a one star!!!!!!????

We came to Target to get a couple of things for dinner that evening. Before we started shopping, we immediately went to this Starbucks to get some coffee. Ordered 2 Caramel Frappuccinos. The employee that took our order as well as made our drinks was very nice and was very fast. Once we received and tasted them, they were perfect. We thanked him for his amazing service. We really do enjoy coming here for a refreshing beverage before we shop around.
