Kfc - Mishawaka

I wanted to place my order inside, but the staff was very unfriendly. They told me I had to use the drive-thru, but I didn't want to waste gas driving through.

I ordered a famous bowl and fries. The fries were fantastic—really delicious! However, the bowl was disappointing. The chicken tasted old and unappetizing, which affected the overall flavor of the dish. Please consider not serving old chicken; it really detracted from the experience. But I can't emphasize enough how great the fries were!

This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The chicken was nearly inedible! The staff member at the drive-thru was also quite rude.

For some reason every time I go and we go very often the Mt Dew has way way too much carbonation and less syrup and it?s disgusting plz plz I pray they fix tht!! I will say that once the new mgmnt took over the staff are more friendly and theynever run out of anything!! Good job on that!!!!

We had given up on KFC for years after a few bad experiences, but I can happily say we had wonderful customer service and our food was delicious.
