The waitress wasn’t attending to us. When she was taking our order she paid more attention to the door than us. She put our drinks down on a table and went in the back. The food was okay .

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Two people in our party did not receive their food until the rest were done eating. We also did not receive two side salads we ordered. We did zero complaining, only asked that the salads be taken off our bill. Manager, Anna, was quite unwilling and did not take the salads off the bill, only took $1.70 off for each salad…..what a joke. This wasn’t just a bad night, it’s clear this establishment has issues from the bottom up.If you don’t care about customer service or how they treat their guests and only want to know about the food….it was average.

Food was mid at best, chicken sandwich was dry and burnt, they automatically add gratuity, sidewinder fries are mushy. Server was nice but definitely a waste of money.

Fairly okay place.. 1st time visiting from out of state. 3.5 starzThe Original Fatboy burger was okay..juicy, tasty. Could be hotter. The onion straws were low key cool temperature..sucks!Not a potato wedgie fan... a good crinkle fry can go a longgg way with burgers. I would recommend kitchen to focus on food temperature.

Pure hot trash!!.. food way overpriced and service slack. Just left this dumpster fire 20 minutes ago.. Shanny was worthless. Forgot appetizers had to ask for everything forks, etc...And watch that sneaky gratuity fee(for 3 people!? ..ZERO TIP..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
