Bidrage med feedbackI didn't enjoy my experience at that McDonald's because there was no traditional menu board. Instead, you have to place your order on a touchscreen, which I found quite frustrating. Overall, the process took too long, and I was disappointed with the wait for my food.
At this location, there was a chicken with its mother. The drive-thru cashier was incredibly friendly and polite while adjusting the total for our order. He always had a smile on his face!
When I go to this location, the speed of service can be inconsistent. I don’t anticipate a quick meal, but there are times when the wait can be quite long. However, when I do receive my food, it’s always spot on. This place tends to be busy, which means they must be doing something well.
Since all McDonald's serve the same food practically, it'll always come down to customer service! Young adults with stank attitudes is what I encountered yesterday at the drive through! As they told me when I was 17 working at Wendy's, if you didn'twanna work, you should've stayed home that day!
I just now came to this McDonald's and first of all they didn't even want to take my order and insisted that I take my own on the screen. I have seeing issues because I am a veteran that has been wounded in combat to remind everyone. I don't need to wearit on my forehead for EMPLOYEES TO DO THEIR JOB! UNBELIEVABLE!!! You can't get simple food nowadays. I had to leave because Ididn't want to get emotional over a burger. This work trend has got to stop this place needs some serious supervision.
