Mcdonald's - Miramar

I will not be back to this mcdonald. the service was very slow especially for mobile ordering. the customer service was missing due to the short staff of the restaurant. when I received my order 20 minutes later, my riders were cold, they couldn't wait for that.

Great service. harold has excellent customer service skills. each mcdonald’s should have a harold with exactly the same customer knowledge. he is always very friendly and friendly.

Maybe not as organized in the back. The order taker was excellent and customer friendly. The persons who delivered the order got it wrong and then had to wait over 20 minutes for them to bring the correct order to the car. Additional Help needed on Fridays and Saturdays

I keep forgetting not to go to this location. It never improves ALWAYS extremely slow. They also take a long time to acknowledge that they have a customer ready to order. Lady in front of me had to shout out for them to come to the register. All they care about is to chit chat with each other.

The staff wasn't happy nor friendly, food was over done been in the warmer way to long the ff was barely warm and the drive thru line was extremely slow.Had my 2 granddaughters with me couldn't go inside will not be back to this place for sure
