Tried to vía the app 40 minutes before their scheduled closing time and app said they are not accepting orders. Called the location and they said they closed at 8pm today because they are out of most of their items and need to close earlier. Also, tried to place a phone order and the worker said they are not taking orders because they close at 8pm. Hello it's 40 minutes till and I ask if they close earlier then their regular hours. The worker said no but couldn't explain why they would not take any orders 40 minutes prior to closing ..... Go figure...!!!!! I guess business is good.....! Cancelled my application and rewards program!!!!!

Worse customer service ever by the name of Angela S . You can tell she hates her job has the worse attitude and makes the worse drink ! I ended up throwing the drink away !! Never again will come to this location !

I used to go here a few years back and it was always great service. Just walked in and the one I say one because I saw no others) server looked very unhappy- like my presence of walking in annoyed him. He was rude and very just tell me what you want and go attitude. Very shocked and sad. Makes me not want to go to this location again. If you don 't like your job then get a new one- don 't let your customers suffer over your not liking your job. My drink on the other hand was ok. Not super flavorful. What happened to this location?:

Tonight I had my husband get 2 drinks his strawberry drink and apples and greens. The drink had no taste, I know they use fruit juice but for some reason it was very water down. Almost like fruits and ice. I had him come back to change it for different drink, they fixed it but the change was the same thing. It was very water down and no flavor. Very disappointed as it was very hot and craving something cold and sweet.
