Rocky Mountain Taco - MINTURN

This is a good place to stop in for a quick meal or snack. Open seating areas and easy to order the food at the counter. The selection is simple with the left side if the menu being either tacos, burritos, bowls, etc. with about 8 tasty selections of filling. The chips and salsa is pretty good. There is a variety of sauces at the bar that vary in spice level. Overall a nice place for a snack.

Had nacho and 2 tacos. Not feeling the tacos that much but Nacho was out of this world. They had lot of sauces to try but didn't need any. Nacho was super fresh and I highly recommend it.

This place is so badass. Owners and staff are so kind and they?ve got amazing taste in skateboard art, which lines the walls. They?ve also got awesome merchandise. Not to mention, the food is simple, fresh, and clean. Fast and easy service. Thanks for having us! We?ll be back.

The location we tired was Minturn, CO. One of the Best taco we have had! Not soggy, not covered with grease, meat was seasoned really well and juicy. Highly recommend
