Hawthorne's New York Pizza And Mint Hill

Amazing food, served with a great smile, and the atmosphere smells like cheese

We have been looking for a place, besides Buffalo's Best for good chicken wings, we finally found it, Hawthornes!! Originally went there to try the pizza, hard to find good pizza too! We asked about the wings, and our server told us of the weekend special 10 wings for $10. They were fantastic. We of course like ours extra crispy. They were delicious and very meaty. Service was very friendly, both times we went. Hawthorne's is our new place to go for wings. Pizza was good too, but we ate too many wings to truly enjoy the pizza, maybe next visit.

Very good pizza, kids eat free Tuesday, and a nice outdoor seating area.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and this was the first restaurant I visited since my diagnosis. They offer a dedicated gluten-free menu, which was a delightful surprise. I spoke with the staff, and they assured me that my meal could be prepared separately. My waiter was informed about my gluten allergy, and she verified this with me as well. My food was cooked and served separately from the other dishes we ordered, which made me feel really taken care of. I’m happy to report that it seems I wasn’t exposed to any gluten. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning. I'm thrilled to have found a safe place to dine out that also serves excellent food!

This is the best New York-style pizza you'll find around here. The food is absolutely fantastic. The manager, Julie, and team member, Steven, are truly outstanding. If there's ever an issue with your order, they'll make it right! I'm a lifelong customer of Hawthorne's because of amazing people like them.
