Bidrage med feedbackGood choice if you can get deal with the wait. We did drive through so can’t speak to the indoor atmosphere but sat in the drive through long enough to make a couple observations. First you’ll wait for each person in front of you to order their food and get their food before your order is taken. I had 3 vehicles in front and waited about 4 minutes each. So, 12 minutes in I ordered my food and then pulled ahead to wait roughly 5 more while our fast food is bagged up.Food quality was good, didn’t seem to have have sat under a lamp which is likely why they tackle the ticket time conundrum a little different at Wendy’s.Overall, great choice if you want to add a little variety to the limited choices here in Minot.
You have to try hard to mess up an order this bad. Missing items and the food was terrible. No one cares about quality or customer service at this location.
Would give a 0 stsr rating if it allowed!! Customer service and happiness are not a priority. I ordered online only to get there and they were out of 4 items I ordered (3choc frosty and a bacon cheese potato they acted as if their lack of items was my problem. I understand things run out, but they were not willing to refund it they acted as if i should just order more food we didnt want in place of it just to make up for their shortage. They asked if I wanted the peppermint frosty I declined due to the fact my family does not like the peppermint flavor (why we ordered chocolate in the first place! They told me to request a refund on the app. I notified them I ordered online as I did not have the app. So I thought of what could be substituted in place of said items. I told them on one to just give my daughter a sprite. I personally am not a fan of the fries but love the potatoes so I did not need any fries. But they continued to try to tell me to get the peppermint I finally stressed to them we do not like that flavor to just refund it. The staff continued to dismiss the issue as if I should accept it and take the loss. The manager came to the window and acted as if the issue was not anything to be concerned about. She offered a baconator fry in place of the potato. I accepted them being that I was hoping to come to a resolution quickly. They kept just shutting the window and hoping I 'd drive away. I informed them I attempted to claim items not received on the website but it didn 't give me any option but to cancel the order. The manager came to the window with attitude as if I was inconveniencing HER. I kept telling them I just wanted a refund but they told me I just needed to find other food for them to give me. I told them aside from what they didn 't have I had already order and got all the food my family needed/ would eat. I wasn 't going to take food that would just go to waste. So the manager threw her hands up and yells fine ill just dig in the till and refund you! (Which I requested in the beginning! She still shorted me my refund and the bacon on the fries was so burned it was BLACK!It looked like the char scraped off a grill. I had to disguard it all. I attempted to eat the fries but it tasted like I was chewing on a grill grate!
Wait in the drive through was absolutely painful. Had only two cars ahead of us and I lost track of how much time it took before we were even at the speaker. Had our order taken by two people, paid, and it was wrong. Asked for the correct burger for a child (ignored the other burgers we got that were wrong salad was correct) and it was still wrong. Went in again. Disappointing when Wendy’s is usually fast and consistent we purposely looked for one on our road trip. The manager here looks like she is really trying, but if you’re hungry and tired I’d avoid this location.
Dining room closed...Slow one car at a time in the drive through.And the food wasn't fresh.I wonder about the staffing at this location.
