A customer in front of me and one behind me, the one in front, order was complete before I was served, which is fine. The one behind was completed before I made it to pay?? She put only 4 tomato slices on, I asked for one more, which is what I had always gotten in the past.She says only 4 come on the sandwich, but she did put one more on. The root beer was out of syrup, I didn 't say anymore fear she would say even more to her coworkers. Which I know she did, as they looked my way.... The manager that was here pryor was pleasant and friendly. I wasn 't sure I wanted to come back after she left...maybe I was right, I shouldn 't have.
Do you people not know how to read a ticket???? Paid 18 dollars for pro and bacon.. got neither... its the third time in a row you people can't read a simple order... unreal... never again... rip off
I talked with the manager, He's the one who helped me. ?Vegetarian options: It's whatever you want. ?Kid-friendliness: They love kids.Parking: Plenty of parking because most people take it home.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem, whatsoever.Dietary restrictions: You just order it however you want.
Noon time and one guy to run the whole store. No owner or manager helping.
Between the employee that against all odds didn't know what the Italian herb and cheese bread was, the other employee who doesn't know how the rewards card works and can never apply my credits despite my credit balance, to the giant ad (that isn't see thru btw) that is placed over the toppings this place ranks last out of the subways in the area. Just a thought, maybe your ad wouldn't have so many scratch marks in it if customers didn't have to claw thru it just to see what toppings you guys have.
