Marco's Pizza - Minot

Ordered my pizza online and showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. I was told it was going to be 5 more minutes because my original pizza had exploded. Waited for 40 minutes and asked for a refund. Apparently pizzas kept exploding in the oven. Iwasted over an hour of my time, gas money driving in and out of town, and ended up going to bed hungry because I don't eat aftera certain time. This place is sad.

For offering gluten free, this place is actually not bad. I have had some interesting experiences with the regular crust pizza, but gluten free options are a huge plus. Since ordering here, the delivery times haven?t seemed to change, rather long for themto delivery a pizza which is normal now a days.

My son and his friends had your pizza for dinner on Sunday, ordering two large pepperoni pizzas. Unfortunately, all five of them ended up with food poisoning, experiencing severe diarrhea and vomiting throughout the night. They were all perfectly fine before eating. When I called to discuss this issue with the young man on the phone, he was extremely rude, interrupted me repeatedly, and hung up without providing his name. We will never return to your restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. I hope you learn to listen to your customers instead of arguing with them!

This is a fantastic pizza place! I really enjoy their crust. Just be sure to double-check that you have all your sauces before leaving. We forgot to do that and ended up without any sauce for the breadsticks.

We absolutely love the food at this restaurant! The customer service is excellent, and the quality of the food is outstanding, with a great selection of gluten-free options available.
