Dairy Queen on 1924 4th Ave NW are so rude. POOR MANAGEMENT! My husband and I were doordashing and waited there for quite awhile. No one asked us if we needed help. We saw our order sitting on the counter and when my husband went to check the nameon the receipt, the employee snatched it out of his hands and said don 't grab that, it 's not ready yet well b , he wasjust checking to see if that was the right order. You could have asked us if we needed help but not one single employee had thedecency to do so and there were many of you working and looking right at us. also the mManger must be a teen herself as shedidn 't seem to care that her employees were rude and snatching food out of people 's hands. Keep the negative comments toyourself!

This place will always be apart of my childhood. I would always ride my bike to get a ice cream cone and then ride home. Since 2011, I have watched this place truly transform, have its ups and downs, but has always stayed mostly consistent. The only thingI don?t like is how you have to drive around the side to get your food, which is right by all the flies and garbage..

Im a local and i frequent this dairy queen. The drive thru people are nice and helpful. The food is good, typical of DQ and my order is rarely ever wrong- but when it is I have no trouble getting the order fixed. They have a stick-on film over theirdelivery screen, which I'm not a fan of since I once noticed (before the film went up a kid accidentally run his sleeve over aburger...and it was gross and very unsanitary, so I don't eat dq in winter months (since staff wear short sleeves in thesummer... Minus 1 star for gross sleeve incident, but otherwise it's a great place^
