Worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Sat down for 20 minutes and no one so much as came by to get our drink order. If you’re that short staffed then stay closed for the day. Ended up just

Stopped for a beer the music was nice, loud enough you felt like you could have a private conversation, but not enough that we had to yell.

Please note: I’ve already shared this complaint on the Wild Wing website.My partner and I are here in Minot for business, and we decided to dine at Wild Wing, a familiar chain from our home country, Canada. During our dinner, my husband ordered a 16 oz beer, but it didn’t arrive until 15 minutes later, and to our surprise, it was a large 20 oz beer. When my husband pointed out that he had ordered a small 16 oz beer, the server acknowledged this. He politely requested to be charged for the 16 oz size he had ordered.The young waitress, who mentioned she was new and not of drinking age, sought the assistance of her manager. However, the manager’s response was quite defensive. Instead of simply adjusting the bill to reflect the 16 oz beer, they insisted on taking the larger beer away. We already felt uncomfortable when we received plastic cutlery with our meal, so this situation only exacerbated that.My complaint centers on two issues: the unnecessary waste of a perfectly good drink, not to mention the single use plastic cutlery, and a lack of proper customer service. Waiting 15 minutes for a beverage, only to receive the wrong size, is frustrating. The manager’s unwillingness to make the situation right, such as offering the beer on the house, did not align with the typical customer service we expect.

Would not recommend eating here. We ordered our food around 7:30 and it took an hour for them to bring our food out to us. The food was cold and the service sucked. I'm only giving a one star review because it won't let me give a zero.
