Dunkin' - Minneola

The food was Nasty bad Manager the manager and the assistant manager should get fired and the dunkin donuts should get shut down for good and illegal stuff there too it so bad

I live near this Dunkin so I’ve been there quite a bit but honestly I’d rather travel further to the clermont locations. This Dunkin is always so dirty on the inside. The service is the worst! They’re so slow no matter the time of day. They’re unfriendly, you can hear them yelling at each other through the drive thru speakers, they absolutely never give napkins! Today I went for spider donuts for my two little kids and they just gave me a donut with the donut hole not decorated at all and instead of apologizing, offering me something different, giving me a warning at the speaker or refunding/discount she just said here they’re not decorated because we have a new baker. What? My kids were so disappointed. This location continues to disappoint.

This location doesn 't look very clean and seemed low on their supplies. They stated they were out of chicken (minding it was 10:30 11 am). I was told that iced caramel coffee was discontinued which I found hard to believe because I knew for sure that other locations still offered it. The staff was not very friendly. I ordered the drinks and the sandwiches to go. I got the drinks fairly fast but not the food. So, I am standing there for about 10 12 minutes, watching them quickly get out the orders for the drive through, and wondering why I was being ignored. Finally, one of the employees asked me if I was waiting on something. Of course, I was, for my 2 sandwiches. I showed my receipt, and she said, Oh my gosh, I am sorry, we forgot to put your food order in the system. So, 10 more minutes later I got the sandwiches. The peak of frustration was when I got home and found out that most of both croissants were burnt black. I 'm never going back to that store.
