Urbana Craft Kitchen & Market - Hyatt Regency

It is not somewhere you would go for a romantic ambiance but for a nice quite bite near the Mall it was good. It is a bar setting so don't expect a fancy dining room the service was outstanding.

Everything was so tasty! The cheese curds are like no other. Our waitress had great and honest recommendations, super funny!

We stopped at urbana to enjoy the terrace and a fast appetizer. we did not know where it was (in a hotel development, with the terrace overlooking a park where the people walk their dogs), but it was near ikea. we had some appetizers and drinks. we have there min before they have closed (especially on and the waiter/bartender has drinks and eat quickly. the wings were fabulous!

Well, very disappointing. Very small menu and food served on paper plates with plastic silverware. Real dishes are not forbidden by Covid regulations. Just cutting corners and cost. Stop pretending. Beer and drinks were served in real glasses. Why not the food? Do regulations forbid a dishwasher. Be real.

Over all our experience was outstanding! It will be nice when the regular food menu will be back and the use of glass dishes and real silverware too!!
