Rosalia - Minneapolis

Rosalia is such an amazing establishment. The whole aesthetic and atmosphere is one of the best I have been to for a restaurant led alone for pizza. This is was an expensive experience for pizza options on the menu that did not grab my interest. We went with a group of 4 and got 4 different pizzas, and 2 salads. I would go back mainly due to the atmosphere and vibe.Parking: We parked in a neighborhood as the main streets were full.

Pizza was very good, the bread was delicious. But charging over 4 dollars for an 8 ounce diet coke is a war crime. Upstairs was very noisy. I would definitely order takeout but the dine in experience was not something I can reccomend.Also parking does not exist, plan for street parking a few blocks away.

Amazing. I loved it. Super yummy. Will defenitly be back. 10/10 best pizza ever. If you're in town try it.

I wish I would’ve gotten to try out the patio this summer but the indoor area is gorgeous! The huge windows and stacked upstairs area is very aesthetic. We tried the baba ganoush for an appetizer, which was fantastic and super flavorful. We split two pizzas between three people, which was plenty. The carpaccio pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve had, but unfortunately it was the last night they were serving it. The Bianca was also good and our server recommended to add prosciutto, which gave it a little more flavor.We had a nice server and the food came out quickly. The lavender cocktail was light and refreshing— I would definitely get it again! There’s no parking lot but linden hills has plenty of street parking surrounding the building.

What a gorgeous place to eat pizza. Christine was an absolute delight, giving the most eloquent recommendations, a deliciously bright attitude and was so attentive even though it was a very busy evening. The pizza was one of the most mouth watering morsels of goodness that has ever crossed my lips. The dips are divine, DO NOT SKIP THEM! the biggest above and beyond moment was when Christine found me a pizza I will never forget. #pizzaparadise
