This is a fantastic local spot for breakfast and lunch. I tried the one-piece chicken with slaw, and it was excellent. The chicken is truly top quality—flavorful without being greasy, even the non-spicy option. The mustard slaw offers a unique twist to the traditional coleslaw. The service was wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable for what you receive, especially considering the area. Plus, they offer Mexican Coke!

The place is nice and cozy and the fried chicken was absolutely delicious. I haven’t had such crisp and perfectly juicy fried chicken in a VERY long time. 4 stars only because I would’ve loved to have the spicy options to have been more spicy!

Great Nashville hot chicken. I took off some of the crispy exterior on my pieces to reduce carbs and fat. Even with that the chicken tasted amazing. It was tender and flavorful down to the deeper areas of the chicken. My husband basically ate all the crispies and skin that I took off. He loved it all. We got 3 sides: carrots, green beans and collard greens. All great! The atmosphere is cozy! Better beer selection would make the pace even better. Service was great and the food came out relatively quick. Will be going back!

Choosing between burger and fried chicken is not possible. Just order both and don’t tell your friends and family or cardiologist that you ate both in one sitting.

I went for the famous chicken and waffles favorite... the waffle had a bit of cheese on it that goes really good with the sweetness. It's crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The chicken was perfectly cooked, really nice crusting, moist and juicy and spicy. It's served with buttler and maple sirup on the side and pickles. So, a little butter on the waffle, pouring the maple sirup over the chicken and having a bit of every component, made the perfect bite. The service was very good. Every girl from the staff was nice and kind. The mocktail was really good. Refreshing and full of flavor.
