Bidrage med feedbackLoved this place! We did a celebratory dinner here with my parents and enjoyed the food and service! I was surprised the food was actually spicy and I?m referring to Indian spice ????. The drinks were delicious as well. Highly recommend if you like Indian food and are in the area.
This Indian restaurant in the Twin Cities is without a doubt the most delightful I have ever experienced. Each dish is bursting with flavor and thoughtfulness, and the presentation and service are top-notch. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu, but the tomatillo dish is a definite standout. It puts a refreshing twist on a classic dish.
Really great. Typical Indian flavors, with a modern spin on presentation and creative interpretation of classics. Curried Sage Coconut Soup is a beautiful dance of assertive and delicate flavors on the palate. Baingan Bharta (Eggplant) Moussaka provided rich layers of flavor. Gosht Kundan Kaliyan (Goat Stew) was a velvety delight. Cauliflower Koliwada Fritters are beautifully crisp, perfectly battered delicately seasoned. Palak Paneer is so green I wonder what they've done to it, but it's flavor is nice and the presentation is very modern. Butter Chicken is ridiculously rich and just as it should be, with interestingly large chunks of tasty chicken. Wild Mushroom Truffle Naan is so assertive it almost overpowers the dishes you eat it with, which really says something for full flavored Indian food. Almost a dish on its own and truly fantastic. If you want a high end Indian experience you will not be disappointed.
The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the food presentation. However, the overall dining experience was just okay. The service was slow, portions were small, and the paneer in butter masala was very hard. The breads were served cold, and the kofta curry and sabudana fritters were not good. If you prioritize food presentation over taste, then this restaurant may be for you. Our order included drinks Neel Gagan and Litchi Linda, starters Sabudana Fritters and Cauliflower Koliwada Fritter, main course Spring Vegetables and Figs Kofta, Paneer Butter Masala, Parmesan Chur Chur Parantha, and Lacha Parantha, and desserts Mango Kulfi Mousse, Rasmalai, and Dragon Fruit Tango.
One of the best Indian restaurants I have visited. I am picky about ambience and this one scored 5/5! Gorgeous looking interiors. The bar was well done. Hospitality 5/5 again. I did not ask for names. However our waitresses were so friendly and took care of us! Food Tandoori Paneer appetizer was yummy! The spring veg fig kofta and paneer butter masala were g8. Mushroom truffle naan was amazing. What?s a meal without a good dessert? This was the most confusing part of our meal. I wanted to order every dessert but with great difficulty narrowed down to the gulab jamun cheesecake! Highly recommend and will defy be back! Keep rocking!
