Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I ALWAYS LOVE the Papa Murphy 's take bake... The thin IS Great But Leave w/a hand-tossed sometime... It 's worth it 100%.. OH... DONT be some 'KNOW IT ALL ' about the cooking Temps Time to leave it in the oven... PREHEAT ... THEN. put it in... CHECK the edges Till a Golden Tan..(and yes, leave it on the TRAY/PLATE they send you With the Pizza WHILE IT COOKS .. ULL LOVE IT.. Alfredo IS my favorite ... THIS one is some sort of Margarita Chicken Pesto.. God bless... Pauly

We are fans of Papa Murphy's pizza, but not from this particular location. We placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled pick-up time, only to wait an additional 30 minutes alongside a crowd of other customers. The staff had taken on more orders than they could handle with the available ingredients and dough. While waiting, I observed a staff member calling customers who had already placed online orders, informing them that their orders could not be fulfilled. Eventually, I received my three pizzas, but only one was made correctly. Additionally, the crusts did not bake consistently compared to other Papa Murphy's locations. Despite the staff's efforts, they were clearly understaffed and lacked the necessary support in terms of products. Based on previous reviews, it seems that this issue has been ongoing for some time. This location is in need of new management. While I still enjoy Papa Murphy's pizza, I will not be returning to this particular location.

This is the third pizza that I?ve ordered from this location asked for and paid for extra sauce on two previous orders I see no evidence of extra sauce in fact there was very little on my pizza very disappointed certainly not going to order from this location ever again

I arrived just before closing time, but the staff was friendly and prepared my order promptly. It had been a tough day, so receiving great service and kind words at the end meant a lot to me. Thank you!

The customer service at this restaurant is appalling. I ordered two pizzas for pick-up, but when I arrived, my order was incorrect. I called to inform them of the mistake and asked for a replacement or refund, but Sabrina, the shift supervisor, was very rude and refused to help in any way.
