Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a meat pizza, but it arrived extremely cold with a hard crust, making it inedible. When I contacted the store to speak to management about having it remade, the person who answered the phone was rude to me. They insisted that since I claimed the food was overcooked and cold and that I wouldn't be eating it, I should expect a full, untouched pizza to be returned to me. After this unpleasant interaction, despite being a loyal customer for over 3 years, I have decided not to return to this establishment. The decline in customer service and professionalism over the last few months has been disappointing. I even tried to request a refund instead of a new pizza, but my calls were repeatedly hung up on. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant.
I'm not sure what's happened to this place, but it's now as bad as the local Domino's. I placed an order for a pizza and bread a week ago and waited over two hours for my order to not only not be delivered, but also to not receive any communication about the delay. I reached out to customer support and Grace Thielen offered me a free 5-topping stuffed crust pizza as compensation. When I tried to use the code a few days later during non-peak hours, the same issue occurred. I contacted Grace T. again and received no response. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Their customer service is nonexistent.
Today, I had a tasty pizza delivered to Abbott Northwestern Hospital using the mobile app. The pizza was delicious and still warm when it arrived. The delivery driver even called me when she arrived at the hospital's main entrance, just as I had requested. She did a fantastic job! The half Hawaiian, half cheese pizza was absolutely delicious.
Too bad I can't give this place zero stars. Ordered the food at 11pm, said 38 minutes, at midnight i called and was told they were busy and it would be 15 minutes. They gave me an answer without even asking who i was or what I ordered. Paid online withcredit card when the food finally arrived at 1245, was told I needed to pay cash. I checked my account and money was taken frommy account.I called the store to inquire about what was going on,asked for a manager but the guy that answered said just tell mewhat's the problem. He told me I was lying about paying with my card. I said I have my bank info pulled up. I also asked whyit took almost 2 hours to get the food then the guy hung up on me. I asked the driver what the persons name was and he told meit didn't matter as his phone is ringing, the guy that hung up on me is calling the driver, told him to take our food andleave, I again asked his name but the driver wouldn't tell me, they then started speaking in another language. All while thedriver is standing in our doorway letting in the cold air in even though we asked him to come all the way in. He hung up withthe guy from the store, took our food and left. No apology, no nothing. Im going to call my bank in the morning
Took more than an hour to arrive, despite it estimating 34 minutes and only a few blocks down. Pizza arrived lukewarm, missing toppings, and didn't taste the best : Sad night
