Frgmnt Coffee North Loop - Minneapolis

Grabbed a very nice latte and scone and settled into a nook. This place is huge with a wide variety of seating options. Great place to grab something healthy to eat and read a book or write some code.

A beautifully designed coffee shop with fresh (so hard to find) pastries. Stopped by from out of town and highly recommend.

For a coffee shop it was sad that they only had one grinder which broke just as we ordered an espresso. However, overall the coffee here is great and the atmosphere and the design of the space is even better

Frog mint, heh heh hehI love that they serve setzer with the espresso! I like to tip in about a teaspoon of setzer into the espresso to make it like a little micro Americano. Then I used the rest of the setzer to rinse all the crema out of the cup into my mouth, because darn it I paid for all of that crema and I'm going to drink all of it

Rather than roasting their own beans, they feature rotating coffees from top roasters around the world. They consistently have at least 3 unique single origin espressos to choose from in addition to 2-3 drip coffee options. They also sell bags of the coffee, so if you like what you try, you can purchase a bag and brew at home!
