Emilys F M Cafe - Minneapolis

This was one of the best places for breakfast! I recommend Emily's to any one and everyone!

I brought a friend who'd never been. Immediately he noticed the small town neighborly feel to the place. We decided on hot beef sandwiches. Talk about old school. Delicious! I usually hit this place when I visit my mechanic, Nghia Trinh, on 41st and Thomas. Breakfasts are nust like Mom's.

I used to work here back in the mid to late 70's when it was Florence and Millie's, hence the F&M. Gus Halkis owned it back then. I try to visit whenever I come back to MN They still have great food and very comfortable atmosphere!

Found this little place while job hunting with my friend. The food was great, got to sample Emily's famous sauce and it was amazing, definitely going there on a Wednesday for the spaghetti! The staff was unbelievably kind. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a good lunch with good people!! :
