Domino's Pizza - Minneapolis

Took 2hrs to get to me and everything taste burnt. The app gave me a free pizza. And the store gave me a refund. Help this store.

I had a good experience once giving them the benefit of the doubt but now my second time ordering. I am currently writing this as my pizza has not arrived yet from 6:36pm, now its 8:03pm. I also forget to mention that I got hanged up on because the personworking there purposely pretended not to hear me.

Most of the time, this restaurant location delivers food promptly and accurately. The food is always delicious. However, there have been some instances where they made mistakes, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, on May 6, 2019, I ordered a pizza, chicken alfredo, and a salad. I used the 2 for $5.99 deal and paid an extra $2 for a meat extravaganza pizza. The delivery was very fast, and I gave a $5 tip. When I opened the box at home, I realized that my pizza was missing some toppings. I am not angry at the restaurant, but I am disappointed. I have decided not to order from this place again, and maybe even from Domino's. If you decide to order from this location, I recommend using the money-after-delivery option and checking your order before making payment.

This is the first time I have regretted not reading reviews before ordering from this Domino's. I placed an online order for 4 pizzas at 6:45, received a text saying my order was ready at 7:10, but when I arrived at 7:20 one of my pizzas was not ready. Waiting 20 minutes is unacceptable. The quality and service were terrible. I will never order from here again, even if pigs fly. If you can't do your job properly, please shut down this place.

The restaurant failed to follow the delivery instructions, gave my pizza to someone at my workplace, argued that they delivered it correctly, promised to redo my order after an hour but later informed me that it was not possible and I would have to wait until the next day, and then abruptly hung up. They refused to answer my calls after that incident. I will not be ordering from them again.
