We ordered the 11-course tasting menu, but I only enjoyed three of the courses. Many of the dishes were overly salty, and overall, the food did not impress. By the end of the meal, I did feel full, but it wasn't a satisfying fullness. Be prepared to spend about 2.5 hours there. The staff were friendly and the service was good; however, the drinks were quite pricey, ranging from $18 to $25 per cocktail. Would I return? I think not. The tasting menu at Demi is undoubtedly a worthwhile splurge for a special occasion. My wife couldn't stop saying "wow" throughout the meal—far more times than I could keep track of.
