Culver's - Minneapolis

The food was mostly good. My burger tasted a little, but I didn't get sick, so they got 4 stars. My fiancée ordered a double-burger and received only one single.

I’ve always loved a butterburger! My only issue was that the gluten-free bread was stale. I understand it might not be used very often, but I've never been let down by Culver's before. The burger itself, along with all the toppings, was fantastic! And we really enjoy their root beer!

I ordered a hamburger without the bun, and my husband got a hamburger meal with French fries. Both were delicious! I always have a great experience at Culver's and love the quality of their food. The staff is very friendly, and I appreciated the car-side delivery service.

The food and service are consistently good, especially for a fast food place. They have the best fries! It is a bit odd that the outdoor seating area has the most exhaust fumes, but I suppose that becomes less of an issue considering we have long winters for half the year.

My family and I often eat at Culver?s and have always enjoyed the great taste and great service. That's until we get to the Blaine location on Baltimore street. We had so many problems with getting the wrong food, burning food, not drinking on the sandwiches, etc.? I've been working in the food industry for many years, so I know that mistakes happen, but when it happens as often as it has to be done for us in this Culver. I spoke to several managers who sometimes offered to replace the food and apologize for our trouble. This week I had the pleasure of another confused order. Lastly, we ordered two sourdough meat baskets and when I came home, everything that was in the bag was a fish sandwich. Right ticket, wrong order. A few nights ago, we ordered the baskets that would come with grilled onions. Ours came without the onions and on the wrong bread. The manager offered to replace them. When I arrived, I said the General Manager refused to replace our order. Very poor people abilities. I'm so disappointed that I called and asked the owner to call me. He hasn't called yet, but I hope he will. To get the food I should order and pay?t be so difficult, but at this culver?s it is certainly. I went to KFC and got the right order.
