Chipotle Mexican Grill - Minneapolis

This place is disgusting, inside and outside. every single table was dirty, mulled cans flooded, müll all over the terrace, toilets a blackhouse. I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. we will never go back.

This is the better chipotle around.. the one off Winnetka is bad and so is the one off Excelsior by the movie theatre.. this ones your best bet. Worth driving the extra mile as opposed to the other ones.

I have been to this chipotle 5 times now, and they have never gotten my order right. Often forgetting items. When I’ve gone in person I have been treated poorly and served the scraps at the bottom of the bin. Server literally scraped the cheese and rice from bottom before refilling after we were served

This location is extremely hit or miss. I have never gotten consistent service here. Either the employees have airpods in and cant hear me or completely ignore me. Every time I've gone here the rice has been hard.

Waited 30 minutes past my pick up time and still didn’t get my order. Had to leave because I was on a meal break. Severely understaffed so I can’t say I can blame them, just cautioning everyone to time their order right.
