Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

I always have an excellent experience at Caribou! This was my first time at this location, and I was not disappointed. The service was cheerful and quick, thanks to a couple of hardworking ladies. It's important to tip generously to support these diligent staff members during these challenging times. Overall, it's a fantastic Caribou location!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My drink was just right, and I really appreciate the variety of milk alternatives available. Thank you very much!

On Sunday morning, October 9, 2022, I was disappointed to find that the staff were not properly trained to make coffee, resulting in a $12 waste of my money. Not only that, but I also wasted time waiting in line and for my drink to be made. Frankly, for the price of this coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. The artisanal press coffee was too watery, which likely caused all of the handcrafted drinks to taste bland. It also seemed the baristas weren't aware of the proper balance of salt and sugar. Instead of using chocolate chips when steaming a handcrafted press mix, they opted for syrup, which didn't work well. Thanks for the warm milk, I guess!

I hope they remember your order, as I noticed many others who ordered after me received their items first. It took almost 30 minutes just to get a drink.

If my takeout order hadn't been reported as ready, and I received a leaky cup instead, I'm really questioning whether I should return and put up with such poor service.
