Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Caribou relations did a good job of working to find a solution. Most times, I have a great experience at all Caribou stores, but lately 105th has been a little worse than either 125th and 242, and also the Village. This place is amamzing!!!!!!!amazing!!!!!!!! The location I go to is soo good I am always there when I need somewhere to read , do computer work , or just chill. I cab be for over 7 hours in my zone drinking my favorite kinds of coffee. They are have kind and amazing workers. I stopped in for a drink with a friend because we hadn’t been there in a while so we also didn’t know the menu at all. We did come in just before 8 but didn’t realize that was closing time. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t say anything kind. I asked her if the refresher was still around and she stated nope that’s Starbucks I giggled and apologized and said oh I’m sorry I don’t go to either enough. Then I asked her what exactly the summer vibe drinks are and she said, that’s the bousted drink, I asked what’s that and she rudely stated “a drink” then yelled for the guy working and said help them. after that he came over and helped, he was great, explained what the drinks were and helped us out. After that we literally sat for 2 seconds when the rude lady (short hair, younger heavier set female) said “you can’t be in here” and we thought ok why? But she already walked away. So we started laughing at how ridiculously rude she was. It’s sad that she hates her job and was having a bad day and took it out on my friend and I. Won’t be back due to her complete Disregard to us as customers, or people rather. Hopefully one day she will realize this is not acceptable at all and it’s horrible for business. Good luck. Kinda bummed. Drove here to surprise my husband for our anniversary with a nice coffee to wake up to.... spent 13 dollars on two drinks and tipped only to get home and dump out both drinks because they tasted awful. Was really looking forward to starting our morning off right but unfortunately it won't be because of caribou.... seems like everytime I go it's hit or miss these days with the consistency of the drinks. I worked for caribou for a few years and it's a shame that you can't rely on the drink to taste the same when you go. Guess it's time to take my business to scooters coffee.
