Broders' Pasta - Minneapolis

Broders’ is a classic S Mpls institution. Luckily we found a parking spot in the lot and it was a beautiful day to wait outside enjoying a beverage. The food was delicious. We started with the burrata, chose a few seasonal dishes, and finished with the tiramisu. As always, the service was great.

Took a star off for the service rating because they forgot part of my friend’s order. The atmosphere was nice until it got busy and there were a lot of people without seats standing and having conversations over us as we ate. I recommend going at non-peak times. The food was fantastic though!

The restaurant looks smaller inside than it does outside. But nice to see the open kitchen and how quickly the food comes out. Simple wine bar and canned drinks. The pasta noodles are definitely hand made and so luscious. I got the clams with fettuccine and it was refreshing. Also shared the calamari which was fried to perfection, and I loved the sauce that came with it. Their carrot cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. The candied walnuts and cream cheese frosting was so delectable. Service was great and very attentive. I’m going to have to go back and try something else.

Great pasta texture with average tasting sauce. All things considered, it wasn’t worth the 50 minute wait.

I ordered from UberEat. The food was authentically italian, i simply loved it! Arancini were very creamy, gnocchi for sure hands made and cooked perfectly, cheesecake pistacchio simply fabulous!
