Bidrage med feedback4 or 6 cocktail tasting menu based on what the bartender is inspired. the cocktails we had are on the lighter side and the cocktails tasting size (about two glasses wein for the 6 cocktails). the service was great and gen was very professional. the place is only planned so in advance!
This was a magical experience for me that mixed some of my favorite things: cocktails, fresh/local ingredients, omakase and a professional craftsmanship. yamamoto san prepares and pours them a tasting on the basis of the products in the season, and which liars he thinks will connect well with them. the magnificent theke, the beautiful economical of the bar, and yamamoto san dressed in a white suit all create a very distinctive image. its elegant efficiency and the beautiful descriptions of the drinks he makes serve to increase the experience to something limiter ceremony. that is not a place to get drunk, it is a place to relax and enjoy a craftsman forging something completely unique.

One of the most creative cocktail offers I've ever made. the creativity and seasonality of the drinks keeps me back on every trip to tokio. also gens know about the lilac and mica is immense, so make sure everyone ask. 100% recommended!
This amazing bar has been on our list for a very long time. We happened to be in the area around opening time, so we decided to see if there were openings or if we could make a reservation to return on another day. We arrived right at 3:00 p.m., and we were able to get in without issue. We had the whole bars to ourselves for the entire time we were there, which was for about two hours. I love the use of local, seasonal ingredients, which is why Gen was on my list from the beginning. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the seven cocktails, everything was absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed being able to speak to the owner about the source of the products as he made our drinks. We’ve decided we have to visit frequently to see how the menu changes based on the season! I can’t wait to see what unique items we have next time. During this visit, we were amazed by the Laphroaig kakigori with ume and daikon! Talk about something spectacular!
