Stella Van Buren - Milwaukee

This has been by far one of my best experiences at an upper class restaurant, the food was amazing! The service was spot on and the scenery and ambiance inside matched. This place deserves 10 stars. I will be going again as soon as possible!

Food was excellent.. unfortunately the service was terrible... sat down right away.. took drink orders right away.. (was not very busy) took over 15 minutes to get our drinks.. when asked for a spoon for a side dish .. she never came back to check on if we needed anything else , drinks, water etc and never got the spoon..

We had a terrific meal and were very pleased with the menu variety. While not surprisingly pricey, the wagyu on a hot stone was worth every penny and our other appetizers were delicious and just the right amount. The steaks were cooked perfectly and we loved the brussels sprouts. The deck was not open but the staff allowed our teenagers to go out and take photos, as the view was gorgeous. We are so glad we chose this for Father's Day and Grandaddy's birthday celebrations.

This is a beautiful restaurant with wonderful food! Our server was friendly and helpful. There were 5 of us, and we had a variety of dishes. The scallops were excellent. The steak was perfect. The pasta was so tasty. The bread pudding for dessert was one of the best I've ever had.

Okay, so we all believe that bar/restaurants in a hotel have to be mediocre but The Stella van Buren was just incredible. We had drinks at the sumptuous bar before dinner and the drinks and service were impeccable. The dinner was very good and the menu varied. Service again was very good. The ambience of the entire area was amazing. Will go again.
