Rare Steakhouse - Milwaukee

Rare has delicious food! We love going there. No complaints about taste, atmosphere, service. Only complaint is raised. Dessert $24 Tomahawk $145

I have my children here (Ages 6 and 15) for no other reason than to take them out for a nice meal. The service was impeccable and our waiter was amazing. He taught my daughter how to fold napkin into a bird of paradise, kept our table crumbs free, drinks full, and was able to all our menu questions as well as tips on some of his favorites! My son did the Wagyu Strip (4oz) Rare, baked potato, lobster Mac and finished everything with a cherry cheesecake. He said everything was amazing, but the steak was perfect and the best he ever had. My daughter and I shared the 14oz NY Strip Steak medium rarely, I had a loaded baked potsto and she did the potatoes, and then we also tried the lobster Mac n cheese. She said her mind was blown through the taste explosion The steak was perfectly cooked, my potato was great, and she couldn't get enough of her potatoes. The Lobster Mac was delicious and had no de- or fishy taste. There were huge pieces of fresh lobster. The daughter ended with the strawberry cheesecake and said it was delicious. We definitely came home with many left! The ambience is beautiful, it is very clean, staff attentive and you have no time to want anything. The noise level was great and we could enjoy our meal and entertainment. Recommend everyone to consider it. The costs are well worth what we were served, as well as how we were served.

Rare Milwaukee radiates elegance and grace. I've never felt so welcome in a restaurant. The hostess welcomes me at the door to check the manager whether our food was cooked for perfection. I even have to talk to the boss. I felt like a Who's Who of Milwaukee during my business dinner. I would strongly suggest the Wagyu flight. It was abhorrent and lobster was sweet and juicy. My drink at the choice, her new spicy Jalapeño Margarita. I can't wait to come back and try the American Wagyu to recommend the boss for my next visit.

The environment was very good service was great, but the food was disgusting, tasteless and not worth the price tag if I only rate this restaurant on the food I would recommend that they close immediately 4/10 if they added, it would be much better all just a very bland taste and you expect more especially if you spend 200/300 dollars I was just very disappointed that I spent over $200 for something that was not very good

The food was very good and the service was fast. I will say that the pricing is pretty high and we weren’t asked if we wanted our leftovers boxed, they were just thrown away lol
