Pfister Lobby Lounge - Milwaukee

This hotel is fantastic. Once you learn about its history it's even cooler!

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant and modern with a shower so nice you don’t want to leave. The cafe breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on the night of our wedding. Requested champagne and rose pedals when we returned from dinner. Was told it would be a $100 dollar charge and was very excited to see what they would do with the room. Upon return, none of the requested services were done. We were not charged for the services thankfully, but you only get 1 night to be newlyweds and was upset we didn't get a more memorable experience. We received a small compensation and free breakfast for their error but in reality there is little that can be done to redeem that moment.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee, definitely consider this option. It is family friendly and has spacious classic design rooms with parking on site.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are great. The pool and club lounge have breathtaking views. We felt very at home here for the most part.The staff is amazing outside the lobby lounge manager. The guy seems to have a serious superiority complex. The cafe staff are a bit too loud about their personal lives while talking away from customers but overall had a good experience there as well. I'd certainly recommend, but I would definitely go for cocktails elsewhere.
