It's incredibly frustrating to waste time driving to your restaurant only to find it unexpectedly closed. I even attempted to call to check if you were open, but all I got was a busy signal, which led me to believe you were indeed open. Today, I stopped by at 1:13 PM on a Saturday, only to be greeted by a "CLOSED" sign, even though your online listing states you’re open until 3 PM. I understand that you use fresh meat and may occasionally run out, but this has become a common problem that needs to be addressed. Either order more meat or adjust your hours to reflect an earlier closing time. As a loyal customer for over 20 years who absolutely loves your food, it's frustrating to continue guessing whether you'll be open during your stated hours. I've given you five stars for your food and service because your burgers are fantastic and your staff is wonderful, but the erratic hours are simply unacceptable!

Best burgers! Big and flavorful! Love all the malt selections. Where else can you get a Root Beer malt?? Just wish the dining room was open. We peer through the windows while waiting for our order (which only takes under 5 min) and it's so cool in there! Reminds me of when I was a kid in the 70's and we'd go to old drive ins in my parent's home town. And the fries! Oh my god they're delicious!! And I don't usually order fries, but I tasted theirs when my husband ordered them and fell in love

I give the burgers here five stars—they're fantastic! The double mushroom and Swiss is massive. However, I don’t quite get the hype surrounding this place; I think it’s comparable to Kopp's, although it's nice to have a thicker patty. As for the ice cream, I'd give it two stars—I'd recommend skipping it, as it tastes like it's been in the freezer for ages (or maybe I'm just spoiled by the excellent custard we have in Milwaukee).

The burgers are outstanding and fairly priced for the quality you receive.
