Mcdonald's - Milwaukee

I placed my order on the McDonald's website, but when I arrived at the location on W. North Ave. in Milwaukee, the drive-thru staff told me they had no record of my order. I was asked the same question multiple times by the same manager, which was frustrating. I ended up waiting for my food longer than expected, so I thought at least it would be hot, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. To make matters worse, I received my sundae before my Coke. Also, just a heads-up—there's no longer honey as a condiment option, only honey mustard. I've been using honey with my nuggets for 30 years, and I'm really disappointed about this change.

If you find yourself waiting behind four cars for over 10 minutes without being able to place your order, it can be quite frustrating.

My order was taken at 6:33 a.m. I was three cars from the food window for over 10 minutes. When I finally got up to the food window I was handed someone else's order. The employee seem very shocked by this and while I appreciate that he started to shout out to the kitchen what my order was by this time I could not afford to wait any longer as I had to get to work by 7. I couldn't even bother to ask for a refund as I had no faith it would be processed quickly. I drove off $4.12 poorer and hungry.

Both of the syrup containers they gave me had already been pulled open and then were pressed down and folded over to look shut again. All I did is gently lift, the seal on these was broken. Syrup was all over my stuff and I had to throw them away...

If possible I'd give -20 stars. When I walked into McDonald's one of the employees was walking out to give the drive through customer their food. She was swearing like a sailor. To make a long story short I ordered anyways and it took about 40 mins to get my food. I ordered a fish sandwich meal with out cheese and water. They put cheese on my sandwich and the water had what looked like soda on the lid. I would not recommend this place for human consumption. During my wait I watched the staff literally argue with eachother. Completely unprofessional. The owner has to be aware of this. They either are not aware or they do not care, either way I will never go back here.
