Kfc - Milwaukee

I have gotten the wrong order twice and can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I can?t drive there because I had a surgery that doesn?t allow me to drive. It?s been 5 days of me calling with no answer. That?s CRAZY. What is management doing? Employees?? Are they THAT busy?

I like the KFC on North Ave. Wauwatosa the chicken is always fresh and juicy and pretty fast service

I ordered a 12-piece meal and three buckets of Pepsi yesterday through Grubhub, and unfortunately, most of the food was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and greasy, and the fries were burnt and overly salty, likely sitting under the heat lamp for too long. Instead of receiving the three buckets of Diet Pepsi I ordered, I only got three large chips with the regular soda. The only redeemable items were the mac and cheese, coleslaw, and cookies. I genuinely wish I could give this place a zero-star rating.

I ordered food through DoorDash while my daughter was in the children's hospital for spinal fusion surgery. I requested a simple meal, but only received half of what I ordered, and most of the items I did get were incorrect. By the time I realized this, the restaurant had closed, so I couldn't even call to complain.
