Why is only the drive thru open??? Didn't get exactly what I asked for need to point at a picture apparently!! Will go different location. This one is

Didn't have half the menu and no posted signage on the menu. Person at drive thru was rude and unintelligible. Do not stop here waste of time.It's been 2 years so figured I would give it another shot. Nope drive thru only. Going elsewhere.

Love the cole slaw along with the extra crispy leg and thigh combo. It's so good!

I ordered a 16 piece after eating a couple of bites my family noticed the chicken was raw. Next day my child got really sick throwing up for 2 days. I called to inform them right away but no one answered the phone so I called corporate. Days later they finally picked up the phone and the general manager said she was hesitant to believe it was raw because she fried it herself basically calling me a liar. I told her I still had the chicken and could bring it in along with pictures. She said she didn’t want to see them or the chicken. She only apologized after I told her she should apologize instead of argue. I did get a refund but be careful when buying from here. The manger definitely needs more training when it comes to dealing with customers getting sick from their undercooked food instead of being rude and combative. A little empathy goes a long way.

Whoever was making food tonight really shouldn't ever again. Idk how you can screw up a famous bowl but the potatoes were horrible and there was 2 small pieces of chicken. It woulda been cheaper and better to just order Mashed potatoes and add corn. I wanted the chicken too. Extremely disappointed....
