This rooftop bar is fantastic! While the drinks can be a bit expensive, you're definitely paying for the stunning view as much as the cocktails. Finding a seat can be challenging on busy nights, but it’s an excellent choice for a special occasion if you make a reservation in advance. There's truly no other place in the Third Ward where you can enjoy a view like this.

This place offers the best views of the city, making it a perfect spot for both locals and visitors. I absolutely love coming here! I just left, and to my surprise, I spotted an authentic Puerto Rican holiday cocktail on the drink menu! We couldn't believe our eyes! Although it was a bit pricey, we decided to try it because you never see something like this on a downtown drink menu. It was perfectly flavored and came in an authentic bottle. Huge kudos to the mixologist! There was no label on the bottle, so I assumed it was homemade. Great job, everyone! Thank you for the Puerto Rican Coquito at Outsider! WEPA!!

My friends and I had an amazing evening at The Outsider, filled with laughter and delicious food. We kept joking about needing to try the rock shrimp, which added to our enjoyment of the night. We started with the shishito peppers, served with a spicy vegan aioli and sweet tamari reduction, and they were absolutely delightful. The seasonal menu offered a wonderful array of globally inspired flavors. I ordered a drink called the Honey Cat, made with Tom Cat Barr Hill gin, grapefruit, lemon, honey, and chai liqueur, and it was a delightful surprise. Who would have thought chai and grapefruit would be such a perfect match? The attention to detail in the drinks reflected the overall quality of our experience. The cozy atmosphere, complete with fireplaces, made the rooftop setting ideal for enjoying a night out with friends. Our server was fantastic and very personable—I even loved her shoes! I can’t wait to come back. This place has such a cosmopolitan vibe.

It was raining when we went to so it was closed to outside but they still had the fireplaces going and it was just a great cozy vibe. I like to go for the featured cocktails whenever I try a new place but there weren't many I was confident I'd like because I'm really a fruity, don't want to taste the alcohol type. But I tried the espresso martini and was pleasantly surprised. I've had one somewhere else before and it was overly bitter and very alcoholy tasting. This one was definitely espressoy but not overly bitter and just very smooth. I'd definitely order it again. Highly recommend this a great date night spot.

One of the best roof top bars Milwaukee has to offer! It's especially nice in the summer. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and fires to keep warm during the cooler evenings. It's a classy place but not too fancy to stop by for a casual drink. Their frosé in the summer is the best! The espresso martinis are great as well! The bartenders are all very nice.
