It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, especially with only two locations in downtown Milwaukee on Wisconsin Ave. Corporate should be embarrassed and needs a significant overhaul. I work in the restaurant industry, and I find it hard to believe that their customer service is on par with other places. Last week, an older woman working alone was significantly faster than the current staff. Additionally, the employees often speak in Spanish, assuming that customers can’t understand them, which is unprofessional. Last year, the team consisted of three polite, friendly, and efficient workers. It would be best to avoid constantly rotating new employees at this location. I’m planning to file a complaint with Chase Tower to question how they can support a business like this in a building with their name on it, as right now they are making that company look terrible. From now on, I’ll be going to the Coffee Bean across the street, where they have better service with just two employees. Honestly, how hard is it to make coffee?
This is by far the most poorly managed business in the city. I've never had a positive experience here. The staff is consistently rude, and they often run out of basic staple ingredients like bread and milk. I work in the same building but still choose to walk two blocks to the Dunkin' at 622 W Wisconsin several times a week because it's much better. Today, I decided to give this location another chance since it was raining. However, when I arrived, they were out of the item I ordered online. They informed me that I couldn't get a refund and had to select a replacement, which I wasn’t interested in based on their policy. They insisted it was my responsibility to call after ordering online to confirm item availability, which is absurd. The young woman at the register (on the morning of 5/6/21) was also very rude. Overall, it was yet another terrible experience. I only write reviews maybe once every couple of years, and that speaks volumes about how bad this place is.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. To be fair, the two staff members on duty are friendly, but there seems to be a language barrier or something because my order gets messed up every single time. I only ask for a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel. At first, they gave me bagel minis, and when they finally gave me a bagel, they didn’t toast it at all. I try to be patient with food service workers, but these guys really need some help. For now, I guess I'll have to stick with Starbucks, where they remember my name and get my orders right.
Everything was prepared just as I ordered, and the frozen coffee was particularly impressive due to its stronger coffee flavor than usual. However, the egg bites were packaged carelessly, and I did not receive my donut.
I keep receiving the mango drink instead of the strawberry one. This is the third time it has happened.
