Dead Bird Brewing - Milwaukee

I didn't think the perfect place for me existed, yet here it is. Amazing food, great beer, and all of my favourite arcade machines? And it's all vegan? Feels too good to be true.The nachos are insane, it's hard for me to try the rest of the menu when I keep filling up on nachos, but from what I have had, there's not a single mediocre item on the menu, it's all great.

This is a very unique brewery... it 's all vegan (beer and food)! I like the vibe of the brewery and they do have a nice patio. I enjoyed their grapefruit IPA. We also got the chips and queso , which was good. It would be nice if they were part of a mke beer pass or craftapped. If you like to try new breweries or are vegan, I highly recommend. However, if you are looking for 1 or 2 breweries to go on a weekend trip, Dead Bird would not make the list.

The nachos are amazing! They make their own sodas and they are uniquely delicious!

Dead bird brewery has a lot of character and not in a bad way. It felt somewhat Riverwest like. They were a bunch of random classic arcade games. The area looked lived in but clean. The parking lot is oddly super nice. Inside is a bunch of 4 table tops, a bar area with stools and the ordering area on the other side of the L bar. Around the tables are about 15 classic arcade games and a bunch of board games. The area is illuminated bay Einstein style drop light bulbs. I didn 't try the food but it 's the first all vegan brewery.The bartend wasn 't overly friendly but was nice. He let me buy quarters off him for my laundry.The worst part of the brewery is the menus, behind the bartender are way too small. My mom would have to go to her car and get her back up glasses. There wasn 't a printed menu of the beers elsewhere. My friend got the nitro coffee porter and really liked it. I got the Ears First stout. It wasn 't too much coffee. Also very good
