The Coffee Bean - Milton Keynes

I went to visit Stony Stratford and was looking for a good cup of coffee and a meal. My mom was impressed by the large portion of delicious beef lasagna. I opted for the 6 choice breakfast, which was quite good. My only complaint was that the waitress didn't mention that the all-day breakfast came with toast, so I ended up with two rounds of bread. Despite that, the food was great and I can't complain. The coffee was strong and served in a generous cup, which I always appreciate.

The thing about Stony is that it would be great for a vegan restaurant to be located here. I checked out the Bean In Stony Facebook page beforehand and was surprised to see that they didn't offer any vegan options on their menu. I went with the beans on toast, which is always a safe choice, but I was a bit let down that there weren't any other vegan alternatives available. I think it would be a good idea for them to add some vegan options to their menu. It would definitely make me want to come back, especially since they also offer delicious-sounding smoothies that I haven't had the chance to try yet.

My lovely wife and I visited this little café for breakfast one morning. Formerly the Coffee Bean, it has now rebranded as Bean in Stony following a relaunch last month. There's a good range of breakfasts to pick from including all day breakfasts with 4, 6, 8 or 10 items, breakfast baps, eggs benedict, eggs florentine and poached egg avocado on toast. We opted for the early bird breakfast special, which gives you 6 items, toast and unlimited tea or coffee for £6.20. Everything was tasty and great value at the price. Service was friendly efficient and covid standards seemed good although some of the tables were perhaps a little too close together. Overall, well worth a visit if you're in Stony Stratford and fancy a good value breakfast or lunch.

We always go here for breakfast on a Saturday morning to set us up for the day. It's always tasty hot and served quickly. The girls are always friendly and chatty. We would definitely recommend this wonderful place x
