Absolutely disgusting! Filthy from top to bottom, gets worse on each busy, if there’s a manager at this branch he needs to open his eyes, new city status and you get this
I was on my lunch break and I had to go to McDonald’s I ordered food and waited about 10 to 15 minutes when my order was finally ready I was served by a old high school peer when she had noticed the order was mine she proceeded to give me a watered down Melted messed up frappe forgot the ice cream I had paid for and through my fries to the bottom of the bag when i asked speak to a manager to get my drink changed she said there was nothing wrong with the order and I should get out of her face even when she had called up my order number she just left my food and drink on the side didn’t wait for me to collect it didn’t offer me any napkins or sauces and was very unpolite and unprofessional and even forget my straw her name was Hannah Bowen and this was around 8 pm on the 1-07-22
Stopped here for lunch after we had visited Snozone, it was so busy nowhere to sit, we had to wait and the place had food all over the floor which we had to stand on in order to get to the only seating that was available.
Visited last night at 9.30pm. I thought I had walked into a competitor. I have never experienced a McDonalds where staff were so unprofessional. Dirty uniforms and unloved customer areas. No focus on service and felt ignored. Staff no hair nets, wearing jewellery, Dirty uniforms and appearance, not sure why male colleague was walking around with a soft toy attached to his fleece. He looked like he needed a shower and a hair wash. Seemed he was setting the standard for some of the others on shift. Just top it off, the burger was flat cold. P.S customers are not deaf. Take care what you talk about. My advice to team look in the mirror before you come down on shift.
