Crazy Cajun Chef - Milton

The food was amazing, very expensive and the staff was so nice. True southern hospitality. We loved it so much that we go back today! Try to grease bites or the rubber bear.

Really authentic Cajun food, love everything I've tried, I work nearby so I often eat here and never had a bad experience.

If you want an authentic Cajun food in Santa Rosa County, this is the place to go although the decor looks small, it is great in the taste of Cajun cuisine!!! I work nearby and have found that there is excellent place to stop in a fast lunch or even a quick snack for the afternoon.... Have lived and spent a lot of time in South Louisiana Cajun Land.... I can close my eyes while I eat, and Louisiana comes in mind.... Definitely give them an attempt, you will not regret it

I loved customer service and food! We had a voucher that I came from a voucher book that I bought from my niece for a school fundraiser, and that is the main reason why we decided to stop there and eat. But I'm so glad we made it! The food is amazing! I can't complain a bit about the quality of the food we were served. It tasted great and the temperature was perfect. We waited until we came home to eat something about a 10-minute drive, and when we sat down for dinner, the temperature was perfect. Customer service was superior! We were great immediately and asked if we had been there before. The menu was quite extensive as it is a small, almost curb-sided restaurant. We ordered while we waited, they had two different types of Homeade Detox Waters that were complementary. The two were brilliant, though I preferred the apple wort strawberry over the lemons. They had benches to sit and wait for us. After about 10 minutes, we have our food. They even gave us a small bag with fresh Beniots as a thank you for coming and shopping on site! They were so good, we all ate them on their way home! As soon as we came home and tried, it was amazing as I said!! I have the cancer poboy with onion rings and salad, and my husband got shrimp and chicken quesadillas with black beans and rice. We both loved eating! We will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone!!

Third time eating at the crazy Cajun chef and as usual the food was amazing!!! We love everything about this little restaurant. The staff are always welcoming and friendly!!! I highly recommend trying this place. You will love it too!!!
