This is the last time we will ever purchase food from KFC. It was disgusting, looked refried and old. I can no longer distinguish which part of the chicken they provided in the bucket. Not even one leg, wing, breast, or thigh!! My worry is it may not even be chicken. Then the fries, the package was changed so much less provided than before and the fries were extremely salty. Very disappointed for the cost. You need to train them properly to know how to cut a chicken. This is beyond horrible and not editable. It’s unfortunate that we spent over $70 for this family meal that we cannot even eat.

The food was okay, but a bit cold.The guy at the drive trough was really nice.But my corn was not seasoned, why? That was my favorite part It's the second time they give plain corn.It's at every location? Did it discontinued?

2/3 items were placed wrong in the order at store. We were given the wrong receipt and were double charged on one item. Fried chicken wings are Not fresh at all, as hard as rock, impossible to bite and we have to throw it away. Do not recommend this place.

My opinion :Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had ! I don't blame the employees because of their lack of understanding English correctly and communicating. The franchisee is to blame for this ! Trying to save money on labour by hiring students and putting them in awkward positions. I feel bad for their employees to be honest. There must be someone who can audit the owners either that or KFC is turning the other cheek because of how much profit this location makes. Regardless never again.
