The steak at Kelsey's was absolutely delightful! Cooked to perfection, it had a juicy and tender texture that just melted in my mouth. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, enhancing the meat's natural flavors without overwhelming them. It was served with delicious smashed potatoes.

I don't like to criticize restaurants, but it's frustrating to see well-known chain establishments charging high prices for mediocre food. Our meals were lukewarm and not worth the cost. I used to enjoy dining at Kelsey’s, but now it's made my "Do Not Visit" list. The fact that we left three-quarters of our food on the plates should have prompted the server to bring the manager over, but that didn’t happen.

On Thursdays, you can get half-priced wings with the purchase of a drink. I personally enjoyed the wings, which were quite heavily battered, though I realize some may not like that as much. The onion rings were tasty, but the fries were just average. The kids' hamburger was overcooked and had a charred taste. On the bright side, the side Caesar salad was quite good. The service was friendly and attentive, and the bathrooms were clean. While I wouldn’t rush back to this restaurant, it’s definitely not the worst option in Milton, especially for larger groups.

A long time ago Kelseys was a force to be reckoned with. They had the best food around and a great atmosphere to have a drink in. Somewhere along their journey they lost their way and I stopped going as often as I used to. Today I had a client meeting and this location was the closest to their office so we decided to go. I didn 't go willingly to be honest. The last time I had been to a Kelsey 's location had been more than two years ago. And I remember being sick to my stomach after eating there. This had become the norm for me hence why I stopped going But today was different. Today I had a better experience I tried a build your own burger and figured how can they get this wrong? Safe bet . And I was surprised that it was as good as it was. I ordered the plain bun with beef burgers, an egg, peameal, tomatoes onions and lettuce. Even though they forgot the lettuce, when the burger came out I was trying to figure out how to fit the thing in my mouth. It was DELISH! I was so impressed. I would ask them NOT to toast the bread in the future. I hate it when they toast the bread on the fryer and lather it with margarine and it gets hard. Not a good thing. But aside from that the burger was great! The fries were good as well. Not the best I ever ate as they could have been hotter but they were acceptable. Our waitress was very attentive and took care of us, but wasn 't too intrusive either which is key. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The way Kelsey 's used to be. The updated decor was also nice. The staff seemed happy and the environment was light which was fantastic. The place could have used less volume for a meeting, as the music was a tad loud but not the end of the world. I do NOT recommend the chicken tenders however. My coworker got them in the cool ranch sauce and he got sick off them. Aside from the portion being way to small (was almost as if hey took one small chicken breast and sliced it into 4 and put it into the fryer) they were over cooked with too much sauce. Poor guy puked the second we got back to the office. I wish places wouldn 't cheap out like this in light of profits. Short term thinking on the establishment behalf. Try their burger. Was expensive but good.

I had supper this evening at Kelsey's (401/Highway 25). There is a bar area. I sat in one of the dining areas. I didn't know what I felt like having so ordered some appetizers. I had Mmmmmmozzarella Bread, which was good. I also ordered wings ... half with Sweet Spicy Thai Chili sauce and half with Apple Butter Barbecue sauce. Both were good. I felt like having something sweet some order a Caramel Brownie Lava Cake. It was really good. Deserae was my server and she took excellent care of me. She was helpful and friendly.
