The lady who waited on us was rude/mean, and the food was not good, greasy, served in a paper bag and so spicy it was inedible. We will never go there again, it was a waste of time and money.

The devil works hard but tapex works harder lol if you're ordering 1 drink it'll be ready before you even walk away (usually.. unless it's busy) They renovated the floors and there's no more tables inside, just chairs to wait for your order. I always enjoy their snow (especially mango) fruit teas. My favorite fruit tea is the passion fruit green tea I love adding lychee jelly. For food, their popcorn chicken is so good! Pretty consistent throughout the years. If you like spicy then go for the higher numbers. But for me, someone who enjoys mild spice, a level 1 is too spicy and have to go less than that. Tapex is good for wanting to go back to old time classics. There are way too many new boba shops popping up with eccentric drinks but terrible milk teas lol

I am a milk tea fan, I love Tapioca Milk tea since they had a store at Cupertino. The taste is always good. The Boba is soft and chewy. Crispy salty chicken are so delicious too. The only downside is they open really late 12pm so I can't enjoy milk tea in the morning.

Tastes okay. They don't have milk alternatives. Crossing my fingers one day they do.

Best spicy popcorn chicken flavors ever, better than every other branch I've been to. Been coming here for over ten years and it still hits! I can only handle level 2 (max is 5) so try if you like flavorful and spicy fried snacks!
